KME PICKS: Self-Care for Singles

Since a lot of us are single (or quarantine has led us to be) - KM is here to offer some self care tips, and as a single lady myself I have really put these to practice.  It's important to incorporate habits and make giving SELF-love a top priority.  Below are some of my tips and KME approved self care products that will really have you feeling yourself. 

HABITS TO CREATE 

MAKE TIME FOR MOVEMENT. This doesn't have to be anything crazy, unless that's your thing - but making time to exercise is really important. 

GET COMFORTABLE ALONE. Try doing something out of the box, like going for a lunch or dinner solo.  

PAMPER. It is always important to give yourself a little pampering, but when you’re solo it can start to fall to the wayside. Make it a point to schedule appointments like you would a meeting. 

TREAT YOURSELF. I am a fashion girl, so for me it's often a luxury item like signature jewelry that means something to me - but this is really about whatever makes you happy. 

INDULGE, MINDFULLY. Whatever your vice is - food, fashion - make sure you create a space for it without letting it take over. This is really about creating happiness from within.
